Why it works
Built to wash, not just to fly.
Most drones are cameras with propellers. This one is a flying pressure-washing system, engineered around one job.
Steady in any conditions
Eight motors keep the aircraft perfectly stable while it sprays — even against recoil and Florida gusts. If one motor ever failed, it would still fly home safely.
Precise, adjustable spray
Pressure and spray pattern are set on the ground for each surface — glass, stucco, tile or metal. Every pass is targeted, never indiscriminate.
Supplied from the ground
Water and cleaning solution feed up through a hose from the truck, so the drone stays light and can work continuously. All chemicals stay managed at ground level.
Flown by certified pilots
Every flight is operated by an FAA Part 107 certified commercial pilot, with airspace clearance arranged before we arrive — including Orlando's controlled airspace.
A service visit
What happens on cleaning day.
Set up
The equipment stages in about two parking spaces. Solution is mixed for your surfaces and the spray is tested on the ground.
Safety checks
Airspace clearance confirmed, weather checked, aircraft inspected — the same discipline as any commercial flight.
The wash
The drone works the building story by story with a gentle soft wash, never touching the surface.
The rinse
The cleaning solution gets time to work, then a purified-water rinse leaves glass and panels spot-free.

What's in the wash
The right clean for every surface.
We never use one harsh mix for everything. Organic growth — algae, mold and mildew — is treated with CitraShield, a biodegradable, EPA-compliant solution, blended with a professional soft-wash cleaner where the surface calls for it. It's applied gently and given time to work, so growth is removed at the root and surfaces stay cleaner for longer.
Glass and solar panels get purified water only. It dries completely spot-free — no detergent film, no streaks, and no risk to coatings. Landscaping and runoff are protected on every job.
