1. We review your property
A real person — usually Scott — looks at your building type, surface material, height and location, typically the same day. No call centers, no automated quote generators.
Send us your property details and we'll respond within one business day with a custom assessment. No pressure, no obligation.
A quote request works best with a little detail, but do not worry about being technical — the property address alone lets us review the building from existing aerial imagery before we ever call you back. If you know them, the surface material (stucco, glass, tile, metal), the approximate height or story count, and what has been bothering you about how the building looks are all useful. Photos help but are never required. We quote commercial and community properties anywhere in Central Florida as standard — Orlando, Winter Park, Kissimmee, Sanford, Lake Nona and the whole I-4 corridor — and travel statewide for larger portfolios and multi-property contracts. There is no charge and no obligation attached to any quote we send. Prefer to talk it through first? Call us directly — the number at the top of this page reaches the flight crew, not an answering service.
Property managers and boards who need vendor documentation before engaging can request our full packet with the same form — certificates of insurance, FAA Part 107 pilot credentials, chemical safety data sheets and a sample deliverables package, assembled and sent before any site visit. For associations planning budget cycles, we are also happy to quote multi-year maintenance programs with fixed pricing rather than one-off cleans; just mention it in your message. However you reach out, the response comes from someone who can actually answer technical questions about your building — surface chemistry, airspace, scheduling around tenants — not a sales script.

Within one business day you receive a written quote covering exactly what will be cleaned, the method and solutions used, and the schedule. The number you approve is the number you pay.
On service day the crew stages, cleans and departs — usually within hours — and you receive dated before-and-after imagery of every surface we touched, ready for owners, boards or insurance files.
