Exterior cleaning has always meant sending people up — onto scaffolds, into bosun's chairs, over parapets. Falls from height remain the leading cause of jobsite fatalities. We saw a better way: let an FAA-certified drone do the climbing while the crew stays safely grounded. Today we clean facades, solar arrays, billboards and industrial structures across Florida — faster, cleaner and dramatically safer than the methods they replace, with biodegradable solutions that protect the environments we work in.

Working from above turned out to be smarter in ways we did not expect. The drone reaches geometry no lift can approach, documents every surface it cleans as it flies, and mobilizes in minutes instead of days — so jobs that once meant a week of scaffolding around a building now finish inside an afternoon. Clients came for the safety story; they stay because the work is simply better: more consistent coverage, zero damage from foot traffic or staged equipment, and a photographic record with every invoice. What began as a safer way to clean has become, job by job, the smarter way to maintain a building.
