Why every job ships with proof.

A quick note on reading these comparisons: the before images are not staged worst cases. They are typical Central Florida exteriors after one to three years without treatment — the standard pace of algae and grime in this climate. The after images were taken the same day as the clean, with no editing beyond cropping. On the roof projects, look closely at the ridge lines and shaded courses: those are the areas where growth returns first and where a proper root-killing soft wash shows its difference from a quick rinse. The gap between the two sides of each slider is typically 18 to 30 months of weathering, removed in a single flight. Every project shown here was completed with zero workers at height, no scaffolding, no lifts and no disruption to the property below — the same way yours would be.

Watch the line as you drag it across each image: the hard edge between grime and shine is real, not a filter — one side is the surface as we found it, the other is the same surface hours later. Roof cleaning shows the most dramatic change because algae staining builds so evenly that owners stop noticing it; the comparison makes two years of slow darkening visible in one motion. Facade work reads more subtly — look for the returned brightness of the paint or stucco color rather than a stark line. Either way, what you are seeing is the difference between a building that is aging and one that is being maintained.

The sliders on this page are more than a highlight reel — they are the same documentation package every Drone Shine client receives. Because our aircraft is already in the air with a camera, capturing dated, drone-altitude imagery of every elevation costs nothing extra and proves everything.

That proof works hard after we leave. Florida insurance carriers increasingly review aerial imagery when renewing commercial and association policies, and a documented record showing a clean, maintained roof or facade is direct counter-evidence against condition flags. Boards use the same images for owner reporting; property managers file them against warranty disputes. Drag the line on any project above and you are seeing exactly what your own file would look like — the before, the after, and a building that finally gets to shine on paper as well as in person.
